By accessing or using Starvox, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Starvox. If you are using Starvox on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Starvox offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to update pricing with at least 30 days notice. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

You agree to use Starvox only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to stream or caption content that infringes on the rights of others, generate unlawful or harmful material, attempt to reverse engineer the software, transmit malware or spam, or resell access without written permission. You are responsible for the content you broadcast and for following the rules of the streaming platforms you use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Starvox and all associated software, models, trademarks, and content remain the property of Starvox and its licensors. The stream content and captions you produce are your own. To deliver real-time translation, you grant Starvox a limited license to process your audio and generated captions solely to provide the service.

Starvox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automated translation may contain errors, and we do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update these Terms at any time and will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of Starvox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us at hello@starvox.app.
